Weekend of Family & Nature

On Saturday some of our family from Ohio visited us. We visited this creek was that my cousins enjoyed playing in as children and wanted to revisit.

Later that evening Armando and I tried to find our first geocache but didn't find anything.

Look at Armando's blog for a picture of that area.

Sunday was spent at Noccalula Falls Park in Gadsden, Alabama for a family reunion.

We enjoyed the park area with animals. We got to ride the train.

Me riding the train.

Picture I took of Armando at one of the historic buildings.

I got my first ever deer "kiss". :)

Glad you had a nice visit with family. Noccalula Falls Park is a great place for a reunion. Are the falls flowing fully this summer? Harry and I went down last summer and the falls were just a trickle because of drought.

I am happy to see that you had a great weekend. The pictures are great. The deer is so cute. great pictures of you and your husband. I hope you have a great week. Tomorrows payday so I plan to buy another book to read The Sweetgum Knit Lit Society, by Beth Pattillo. I found a review of the book in Book Page a book review booklet from Books-A-Million.

Dearest Michelle -

I'm SO SORRY for not keeping in touch the way I would like, just had a lot going on. I snagged the pictures you posted, the one of the creek is beautiful and the one with you on the train is COOL. What sort of camera are you using, as your face is in perfect focus and behind you can see that that your moving right along - thats neat!!!

Hope you're doing alright, Have a great weekend!!!

Always With Love -
