Ramble on!

My Aunt had her kidney transplant today and she and her niece that donated the kidney came through it well. I am so thankful. I know they must be feeling like crabby patties physically right now but I am sure the morphine will help ease some of their pain. It is the second kidney transplant my Aunt has had.

I got a new computer this week. It is a Dell Inspiron E1405 notebook. I like it a lot so far. It was a good price and has Windows Vista. It is very portable but strong enough to use as at home for regular use as well. It is replacing my desktop PC.

Can you believe it actually snowed here some this evening? I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me but others confirmed that it was snowflakes! It is not snowing now though but it has definitely been a shock to the system to go from the warm temperatures to this freezing cold air. Brrr!

I have been reading a lot lately. I was enjoying reading an aquarium book the other day and learning about freshwater fish. I have never had fish before so it has been a learning experience for me. The fish are beautiful and so much fun to watch! We have a few ghost shrimp as well. They are so clear that it can be difficult sometimes to even see them.

Have a great weekend!I am off to bed. I did not realize it was after 2 a.m.

Good Night

Hi Michelle,

Thanks so much for sharing your pics with me. What a beautiful bride. The ceremony was very nicely decorated. The food and the cake look great. I am so happy for both of you. You deserve all the happiness one can stand in a lifetime.
Thanks again

At least I'm not the only one getting cold temps. Ack!

Glad everyone is doing as well as can be expected post surgery.

Congrats on your new laptop, getting used to Vista is a little nutty but still good, just so much difference than in XP Pro.

Always with love-
Stephen

As far as the computer goes...I want a new one! Looking but I have yet to find a laptop that I like (I am too picky maybe!)
So, I hope that you are well. Glad to hear that your aunt and her niece are doing ok after the surgery.
Take care and Love to you both.
